2. The information provided is accurate. All information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination and may constitute fraud.

3. Legitimate use only. The ProtectCode platform will be used exclusively to authenticate genuine products manufactured, distributed, or sold by the company named above. The platform will not be used to authenticate irregular activity, fraudulent, or third-party products, or to create product identity credentials for any product the company does not have legal rights over.

4. No competitive replication. The applicant will not use access to the ProtectCode platform to replicate, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the platform's functionality, intellectual property, or commercial model.

5. Codeifai reserves the right to decline any application without stating a reason, and to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these conditions at any time.
