Terms of Service

You may use ProtectCode only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the platform to generate codes for products you do not have rights to represent, or in any way that misrepresents product provenance or authenticity to consumers.

Serialised code ownership

Serialised QR codes generated through ProtectCode are tied to your account and the products you register. The security of serialised codes is managed by Codeifai Limited's infrastructure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the product information associated with your codes.

Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for the current billing period except where required by applicable law.

Service availability

We maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for the ProtectCode platform. Serialised QR code redirects are served from globally distributed infrastructure. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

ProtectCode and the Codeifai name are trademarks of Codeifai Limited. GS1 Digital Link is a trademark of GS1 AISBL. You retain ownership of the product and brand content you manage through ProtectCode.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codeifai Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ProtectCode.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
